1. Acceptance
By using smart-ideal.com or any Smart Ideal Technology service, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Smart Ideal Technology provides consulting, software development, ERP/POS systems, industrial automation, power, safety, network, and training services. Every engagement is governed by a separate contract defining scope, price, and delivery schedule.
3. Intellectual property
Site content (text, logos, designs) is owned by Smart Ideal Technology. Project code delivered to clients follows that project's contract — by default, ownership transfers to the client upon payment of the final invoice in full.
4. Liability limits
Our services are provided with the highest professional care. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by use of the site or services in a manner inconsistent with our recommendations.
5. Payments and refunds
Payment terms are defined in each project contract. Refund policy follows our published "Commitments" — if we fail to meet the agreed outcome agreed before kickoff, the client is entitled to a refund of the final installment.
6. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect from the date of publication.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, with Cairo courts holding jurisdiction for disputes.
